Hiroshi Sugimoto’s series is just called Henry VIII and His Six Wives. When you first walk into the gallery, you can’t tell what the medium is, which is very, very unnerving.

Turns out they’re photographs of Madam Tussaud’s waxworks, positioned in front of black velvet.
They all have really big hands and are exceptionally creepy.
